So its basically the last week in April. I need to get out west ASAP because of the heat in June and July. I might have already blown the perfect weather window, but I have to at least make up for it.
Seeing and enjoying the West is important to me because I haven't seen that type of terrain or experienced those sorts of climates before. Georgia on the other hand is surprisingly just like the states just north of it when it comes to terrain and forest types (from what I have seen so far).
Here it is:
Go to arizona ASAP (leaving GA this morning)
Spend 3-4 weeks in 4 corners states.
Drive north taking 2 weeks or so to get to British Columbia sometime in June.
Then take the west coast in over July and August (traveling southbound)
Then shoot back East with Texas and Louisiana as stops.
I've been mulling this over for the last few weeks, but haven't bothered to share it because I didn't know how long I'd be here at Lookout Mountain.
I'm going to straighten up the car and go to a breakfast buffet with my glider buddy, Bob, first.

I'm probably going to visit SF or the pacific NW around when you'll be there. You'll have to give me reviews of the SF-Vancouver corridor cities to help me decide between them.
