Back on the road

So after a nice sleep in the car last night and a hot shower with my rainfly to get all the pollen off, I have hit the road again.

I left Lookout Mountain this morning and am heading West. I just stopped at the Unclaimed Baggage Center in Scottsboro Alabama where I got a cool straw hat and a cooler for the car and am now going to drive to the Bankhead National Forest to stay for the night. Its saturday and hopefully there will be a few people around to hang out with, although it is raining and there have been severe storms (think tornadoes) throughout the south today.

Anyway, I have bypassed Atlanta and am pushing west to the four corners area at about a 300 mile max pace per day.
